LOS ANGELES—Hussie Models announces that AVN Award-winning performer/producer/director Ricky Johnson has joined the talent agency as its newest in-house agent.
The founder of 2023 AVN Best New Production Banner RickysRoom.com begins his official duties alongside the agency’s team of agents, brand management and social media experts today, Monday, April 17.
“As our company continues to evolve and bolster our responsibilities and opportunities within the industry, so does our need for advanced strategies and client services,” said Riley, Hussie Models’ founder and company principal. “With Ricky’s extensive knowledge and expertise of our unique business, we are confident he will help us lead our company’s continued growth and success in his new role as a Hussie Models talent executive.”
Johnson, a California native and former college athlete who launched his adult career in 2014 as a performer for the industry’s most well-known and respected studios before making the leap as a creative helmer for production brand Reality Kings, says he is more than ready to take on his new duties on the Hussie Models team.
“I’m extremely excited to join Hussie as an agent. It’s something I’ve been thinking about for a while. I wrote in an article about starting an agency being one of my next endeavors, and Riley happened to have read the article and reached out about me joining Hussie as an agent if interested. I was indeed interested, and the rest is history,” said Johnson, who is located in Los Angeles but will manage performers in major industry hubs such as Florida and Las Vegas as well.
“For those with agents or who feel they need one in the industry, I believe an agent is integral in helping a performer navigate properly in this business, and is someone who should have a performer’s best interest. I intend to help those that join progress in this industry and as a person to the best of my abilities.
